Police denying to file NC can i directly go to court

My ex boyfriend is out on bail .he was arrested on charge of 376.he has one more previous case of 376 and 498.he started troubling me too.last month I did an nc against him for mischief and verbal abuse.last week I did n nc against him for breaking my phone and abusing my Mom.I wnt to do an for now because he's mentally tortured me enough but its been four days since I last saw him.so they arnr taken my fir.WL his bail be rejected if I take the nc's to the court??

Dear client file application directly in court for cancellation of his bail stating all his torture and also mention that police refuge to registered yr complaint. If yr application succeed then his bail will get cancel and he will put in jail. For any legal help call me

Yes you can apply for cancellation of bail if as committing further offences is a ground for him to be sent back to jail. Will have to go through his bail order properly. He will be made a party to the cancellation of bail.

why have you waited till now to approach the court??

please immediately file case in court and get him arrested.

you should not take this matter lightly as it can take dangerous turn also as your boyfriend has criminal history.

Dear Querist,

You can file a Complaint before the Magistrate if the Police are not willing to lodge an FIR / NC. Additionally you can also file a grievance before the National Commission of Women (NCW).
