Police delaying in filing FIR since month

It's been one month am just visiting the police station and they are suggesting me to forgive my boyfriend. I have given complaint about him on the pretext of marriage as he was already engaged and still promised me to marry and had physical relationships with me. The police now said they have to take opinion from public prosecutor and courts are closed in chennai so they asked me to wait. But everytime they are just supporting him and asking me to withdraw the case. They are threatening me that case would be against me as well bcz when he gave me pills for abortion I took it. They are saying it was with consent so there wont be any case against him. But I gave my consent only because he promised me that he would marry and I didn't know that he got engaged and not gonna marry me. When he wanted to go for his marriage he lied that his father is not well and went to his native and asked me financial help as well. He got married over there and still kept promising me to marry. Pls help
