Police Complaint On Me At Police Station

I received a call from a Police Station that some XYZ person has lodged a complaint against me regarding some official work related my ex-employer. I have left my last organization 6months ago. The police guy is not ready to reveal the nature and details of the complaint over a phone call and is asking me to report to the station. The same has been done to one of my ex-colleague who left the org 2yrs ago. What do I do?
Well, if again you get a call from Police Station, then, tell that Police Officer, that, you are willing to co-operate with that Police Officer for Preliminary Enquiry or Investigation, however, they need to first issue a formal summons to you for record purpose.
