Police charged selling sample medicies

I have been charged for selling sample medicine but I am not selling it an also the police have no proof onit but the police came to our house and threaten my mother that we arrest you so how can I solve this problem

If police not have sufficient ground against you then he can not arrest you. he is only threatened you but inquiries you home or palace where about he get information sample medicine is received. If police recieved any medicines then he can arrest you. for details i will contact you

Since you are in anticipation of arrest you may approach the session court u/s 438 Crpc for anticipatory bail. Although FIR is not lodged than also you can avail this remedy as there are precedents in which Apex Court has stated that FIR is not mandatory
