Pocso in prostitution with minor girl

This question is with regards to my brother, he met person A online and A has introduced B as his wife and she had sex with brother for exchange of money, lately my brother came to know that B is not A wife and also she is a minor which was only disclosed when B has elope with someone and her family registered a missing complaint know the question is what will be consequences if the girl come back and inform police about prostitution with my brother via A, will pocso apply in this case what precautions can be taken before hand.

hi you could contest the charges if any levied against you by saying that you are not aware of her age and if any case is registered against you then you could apply for anticipatory bail or quash petition if fearing arrest
