File a complaint with the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime gov in) and notify the Cyber Cell. Under IT Rules, platforms must remove CSAM within 24 hours of being notified as per the concerned provisions of law. Hope, you got the due clarity.

To remove objectionable content you need to report it on stop NCII org in not anywhere else, you can write 100 letters it won't work if you don't apply at the right place, the government website and government departments take months to even reply, don't wait for it, if urgency directly go to cyber police station in your area

Under the Information Technology Rules, social media intermediaries must remove CSAM within 24 hours of reporting. Since the Grievance Officer failed to act, you should file a formal complaint with the Cyber Cell or via the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
