Opposite party ready to compromise sir and charge sheet not formed till now,how it solved by the complainer how she tell in the court ,if she tell to save me out of the case ,is she get punished or not? Except for 354 and 354a offences, the rest are compoundable.
so, in your case since the victim is less than 18 year old, she cannot compromise the case.
however since trial is in posco court which is fast track, if victim turns hostile in court and denies filing complaint voluntarily,, then the case will be dismissed on merits.
