Plumber cheated and took 5000 I have evidence

Plumber asked me to pay 5k at shop for materials but he didn't provide single items for me and now he is not responding my calls.
in your case if you have the evidence, draft a complaint and file the same at your nearest police station, they will book him under 420, and 406 of IPC.....
the complaint must be very clear and it is your responsibility to explain the officer to book the case or settle the matter.
