Please guide me way how to take his ITR/RTI

Since i have filled cases against my husband but i do not have his income proof. Could you please help me share the tips that how can i take out his income information. Since he is a accounts manager in nursing college and he has his cab business in big company as well. But i am facing lots of trouble of finding the information. Since i stayed for very short period that i can not take out any information about them ? Is RTI applicable on pvt. company employees ? Please help me .

Dear Client, RTI is applicable in government authorities only, secondly you cannot seek any third party information through RTI. in your case you have to make your husbands employer party in your case thereafter you can file an application in the court to call-for income details of your husband from his employer on the basis that he has concealed the true fact about his income from the court, under the circumstances court will definitely approve your application.
