Physically used in the name of marriage

We met each other for marriage and since day one we both were mutually agreed for marriage. We spoke only about that for a month and later he suppose to come back with yes or know but he dragged for 6 months guaranteeing me to get marry. He never said no till 6 month and then later he is running way from the marriage commitment giving multiple reasons. In between we met and had physical contact . He might be playing with many girls just because of sex in the name of marriage, I wanted to file a case against him so that can save other girl life and have all the evidence which we had a conversation about marriage. Please guide me how can I proceed with this case

You can file an FIR u/s 376 ipc for an offence of rape. Your complaint should fulfill all the essentials of the said section. If you are willing to do this, then we can certainly help you to proceed further legally.
