Physical relationship after giving fake promise of marriage nd cheated

I had a relationship and we had physical relation and he promised to marry me On that consent i agreed.and there is a forced abortion in between .Due to some family issues there is a break in between us. And he said that he will convince his parents. Now it almost 1year, now i get to know that he cheated me and he never said a word to his parents for convincing. Can i sue a case against him now stating physical relationship after giving marriage consent and cheated

you can file complaint against that man before the police stating that the mentioned had committed rape after giving false promise of marriage and the police is duty bound to register an fir against that person based on the facts
