Physical relationship after giving fake promise of marriage and heated

Im in a relationship. Both the family knows that. After giving fake promise of marriage had physical relation. Once got conceived and done a forced abortion .It's been 1and half year this happened. After that he threatening that he will suicide if i say a word about the pregnancy matter to his family and broke up.Can i file a case against him about this matter

You need to file a complaint at your local police station. Threatening someone is also an offense under the Indian Penal Code. This person is misusing your emotions. You can also file the complaint before the women police cell.
