Physical relation under false promise of marriage

A guy i knew in college has been after my life whole college for love affair but i denied....after college under pressure of parents for marriage nd my operation i agreed ...he forced me for physical relations......he wanted to take revenge from me for denying any relation with him for four years but superficially showd his fake concern..ii got fooled nd emotional for few days .... after few months i got to know he has relations with other girls 3 years elder to him and was cheating me ...they dont have any plans of marriage just using for sex ... i m depressed nd suicidal.... i tried to file a case but due to family pressure 1.5 years has passed since this took place ..i m the sole bread earner of my family ..he destroyed me physically,morally,socialy,financialy.... can it be filed as a rape case ??morover he makes excuse that his family is jain nd has problems with hindu girl.. he knew this but nvr told me before maintaining relation...
