Physical Assault and Vehicle Damage

An auto rickshaw hit my car couple of days back. Four assailants came out of the auto and started physically assaulting me in front of crowd. They also broke my car and caused lot of damage including facial injuries. Sensing situation, I straight away drove to nearby police station. I couldn’t note down auto’s number as my phone died. Police registered NCR and asked me to go home. Not sure how to get justice and get assailants arrested. I have video of entire incident with very poor visibility.

Dear Sir, Please check nearby CCTV footages and try to get auto number so that you can file a Private Complaint as Police as reluctant to register a case against auto driver thinking that their association people may bring some pressure on the Police. It is better to collect evidence against such auto and auto driver.
