Its regarding one of my friends. She has recently filed a case on her father for domestic abuse she has been facing. Since she has a history on having depression and mental instability which she has recovered, her father filed a case against her for false allegation making advantage her history. She has now charged for false allegation and referred to a government psychologist. How can she prove right?

If you have filed for domestic violence then your case will be strong as compared to depression case as stated by you. It’s just a matter of arguments & written complaint. You can always register a FIR if the behaviour of the father is intolerable towards you. As far as psychiatric department is concerned everything can be adjusted. For any other legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hello, She needs to prove it with medical documents that when she filed the case she was absolutely fine. Subsequently she should prove her case of domestic violence by placing on record documents for evidence to prove her case. For more information feel free to have a word with me All the best.
