Photographer taken payment and not giving data

Booked services on 29th Jan for ring ceremony of my brother, amount paid but he is not giving data .

Hi in such a case you can file for a consumer complaint against the photographer. You can also send him a legal notice first. I have dealt with such a case where the photographer was made to pay the compensation as well as provide the data.

firstly you can send him legal notice through an advocate for recovery of money or data. for further visit at my office and consult the matter and you can take consultation on call telephonically. Regard Sandeep Vats Advocate

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either give the data related to photos or face legal action which will be at your own risk.

In such cases you have two options, first file an FIR against the photographer for cheating and breach of trust. You can parallelly file a case against the photographer under the Consumer Protection Act. If you have all the proofs it will not be tough to get damages and compensation.
