Photographer doesn't give photos and amount

One guy who claimed to be a photographer and he approached me to be a model in his photoshoot and we done this shoot on 28 Sep. And now he doesn't give the amount and pictures of mine. He blocked me from the Instagram and switch off the phone. He didn't even bother to give a reply that he will give my photos or amount. What should I do if he will missuse my photos or post or send somewhere without my permission. This is very critical condition. Please help me out

yes, you can file a complaint against him, the nearest police station as soon as possible. otherwise he will misuse your photos or also blackmail you for the money through your photos. as well as you file a NCR report to the nearest police station.

kindly apply for a temporary injunction against the person so that your photo is not used anywhere and in case of any us without your permission the person can be imprisoned. for the amount you can file for a recovery suit against the person and get the amount back if you have not signed any documents otherwise

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money and the photos or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a complaint in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction.

lodge a complaint against the photographer with the nearest police station for cheating. a stay order can also be obtained from court to prevent any misuse of the photographs taken. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me

We should file a consumer case against him along with an FIR against him for cheating committed against you. For more information you may consult me as I have dealt similar cases like yours and have got the relief from the court.
