11-Mar-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I made a petition to transfer a case stating facts and grounds now should I get it notarised? what does support with an affidavit mean. I am not attaching any document should I simply take oath before notary?

Dear Sir/Madam, It is just like Writ Petition and you must enclose copies of petition before the Trial Court and also the order sheet. Your Affidavit must be notarised and it must be a verifying Affidavit. The main petition must be like Writ Petition. It will be scrutinised by High Court staff and then let you know the lacunas. You may get free aid advocate.
