Petition 200 CrPc filed in another court since delay in present court

I filed petition u/s 200 crpc at concerned local court in November-2017, as magistrate unavailable, incharge magistrate taking process, keep on absence by magistrate atendc its keep gong delay day by day more than 5-6 hearing dates posted den magistrate absent much as we know investigation would effect only wen magistrate takes cognizance consideration,..now I want to know is any other court where we can apeal fr faster move? as its taking much time ? concerned magistrate s absent fr long durtn I mean i want it to b done immideate effect ..? I need other route if any ??

first you have to explain urgency of your case before court /magistrate even after that , you have to approach before high court to take direction to magistrate dispose the same as per direction, there is no short cut method con. your advocate

Hi If in charge magistrate is refusing to take cognizance of the offence and appropriate steps, you can move a motion petition to the DIstrict and sessions judge who will then hear your case and then take the next steps. Please move the District and Sessions judge in case the in charge magistrate is refusing to hear your case.
