Ek aadmi ne mujhe jabardasti mujhe kiss Karne ki kosish ki hai.sath mein kaskar pakadne ka kaam bhi kiya hair.mujhe kya Karna hoga?

You can file case against him in Section 354,509 i.p.c. F. I. R in police station where you are living or incident took place in the jurisdiction. If you case hasn't been registered by the police than you can file complaint against him in the court in this section or with her incident took place in the place.

Thank you for your query. In answer to your question, you can take legal action against that person by approaching the police and registering an FIR under section 354A (Outraging the modesty of woman) of the Indian Penal Code.

आप अपने जीले के sp ko रिपोर्ट दे सकते हे इस पर sp सम्बदीत थाने भेजकर उस व्यक्ति के विरूद्ध धारा 354,511,341 ipc मैं मामला दर्ज होगा इसमें वह व्यक्ति अरेस्ट भी होगा यदि आपकी रिपोट दर्ज नहीं होती है तो आप सम्बदीत कोर्ट मैं कंपलेंट कर सकती हैं
