Person charged with murder acquitted by HC wants to appeal in SC

If a person who had been charged for Murder has been acquitted in the High court , Can one appeal to the supreme court in this regard?

Yes appealable. But the appealing person has to show to court he or she is agrieved by the acquittal order passed by the High Court.
Better to have a discussion with the advocate, who is practicing on criminal law.

victim relatives can appeal or prosecution can appeal in supreme court etc.....

If you are his against party and if you are aggrieved by his acquittal of course you can challenge the order in Supreme Court. Take the certified copy of the judgement and consult any advocate to take action further.
