Helloo Drink and drive is crime but at some matter court cant punished inspite of that court can ask you to pay fine in court after this process they relief you on advanced notice. If you were not appear in court on fixed date then court can issue warrant against on you.

You have to be present before court and plead guilty or not guilty. Generally we advice to plead not guilty and face the trial. If you plead guilty you may be imposed fine and/or punishment depending on the alcohol content.
