People torturing me mentally, what legal action can i take

Few illiterate people mentally tortureing me very brutally, I can't take it anymore, Even they provoke me to commit sucide.i can't explain whole issue in 100 words.what should I do help please
Dear client. from your question, it's not clear for me what is your age sex type of torturing but if you are female simply write to the superintendent of police of your area they must have to take cognizance of your complaint.secondly on state and country level Mahila aayog committee works write a letter to them, but don't think about suicide if till you are filling unsafe please phone me I can help what possible to me.if you like my advice please rate me.

Kindly contact with the concerned Police stn and do register FIR against them. And if the police failed to take cognizance of d same then you file one written complaint against them by mentioning all d facts in it and take the acknowledgement of same from concerned Police stn and then you are having choice to file private case before d concerned court of law against all d persons who used to harrass you mentally as well as physically.
