Pending criminal case ,now i got govt job ,how to sovle my problem

Hi sir ,my name is manoj kumar .i got ap govt job ,but i involved in a criminal case that case is present pending in district court ,please tell me sir how to get stey and how to to join this job.

for a criminal case there is no stay. as per govt guidelines no personal should be convicted for an offence to apply for a govt job. if the case is pending you will have to mention the same while applying for the job. secondly ask for discharge in the pending criminal case. however I don't have enough information to answer the question completely.
