Pending case in District court

448 294 323 354 34 these sections are mentioned against me but the case is still pending in court,I have not received summon by court after so many hearing.The opponent party are not contesting on hearing. Will it be a problem to my Government Job Police Verification?

u are ought a recieve a summon. yes police verification may negate your job prospects and visa application. proceed to quash the case at the earliest as that may help eliminate ur name as accused from the case
