Pending case in court and i am preparing for government jobs

A case is pending against me under sections 448/294/323/354/34 IPC,no arrest made,and complainant is ready to settle.I am preparing for SBI PO if i get selected for job,any problem will arise during appointment.
Why is the complainant ready to settle?
Since how long the case has been running?
Have you got bail?
Did you actually commit the offence?
If the complainant takes the complaint back, you may be safe.

If the complainant is ready to compromise the case then it may be filed before the High Court for quashing of the entire criminal proceeding after making a settlement deed. the court after due verification high

You need to disclose in your application form about the pendency of any criminal case again and also if you have ever been convicted. Prior criminal case will not bar you from the govt. job if you are acquitted . but you have to come clean and should not hide any material fact while filing an application
