Now pcr has converted to CC. Any option is there to stop cc by appealing high court. Is there any authority given to High court to stop CC. What are the other options to come out from CC?. Or what needs to be done to run CC?.

Once pcr is filled and it converted into Cc. Then it all depends on under which section cc has been registered. You can go stay of proceedings by high court .High court is having power to stay and quash any proceedings under cc.

Yes you can file a Criminal Petition before the high court seeking quashing of the entire criminal proceedings. If there are good grounds , you can file a Petition and during the pendency of the high court petition you can seek the court to stay the proceedings in the lower court as interim order . They are only two ways , we will have to examine what is the offence you are being prosecuted for and based on that we can see either you can file a discharge application or you will have to contest the case and contest the entire trial . More detailed explanations can be provided only after perusal of the Court papers . Therefore you have only few ways , 1. To fila a Criminal Petition before the High court 2. To contest the trial
