Payment recovery from friend having office in noida

My friend asked me in August 2022 ki mere gaon me beizzati ho jayegi mujhe 10 lakh ki jarurat hai ..mere friend ka used car sale purchase ka showroom hai noida me Ashwini cars ke naam se jaha icici ki swiping machine lagi hui hai .waha maine apne credit card se 5 lakh ki do baar swiping karke usey wo payment dedi . Ab wo us payment ko aaj kal Aaj kal kar raha hai .pls advice what to do in this case

You may issue a legal notice to the concerned person and still if he does not pay you, then you may file a recovery suit against the said person. Thanks and Regards

यदि आपका दोस्त आपके पैसे नही लौटा रहा है तब आप अपने दोस्त के विरूध भारतीय दण्ड सहिता की धारा 420 406 के अन्तर्गत मुकदमा पंजीकृत करा सकते हैं ओर इसके सिवाय आप रिकवरी केस भी न्यायालय् मे दाखिल कर सकते हैं
