Dear Sir, It is a very petty case and it was already closed. Such payment of fines does not reflect in Police records and consequently at the time of passport verification the Police never look into such petty cases. You will get passport clearance and you need not worry.

Fines for not wearing a helmet or seatbelt usually don't impact passport verification. However, frequent violations or serious offenses might affect the process. It's crucial to follow traffic laws to avoid any potential complications with passport verification.
