Partnership fraud who is my partner and not willing to agreement

Me and my friend have started a business and due to the faith and loyalty towards him and his family members who were very much close to ours have not made any legal agreement or partnership deed, i have invested 70 percent of amount and now he is not willing to make any sort of legal agreement, it's a very long story why the agreement was not made and how much i trusted him, so pls respected members pls help me how to rectify this problem

you have to file criminal complaint for cheating or civil suit for recovery of money , before that try to it resolve issues between you otherwise don't delay immediately file complaint before jurisdictional police narrating all incident so that he might come forward and enter agreement.

you have not made any agreement between the partnership deed means you can know main complaint concern police station in the your jurisdiction 420 return filed FIR can file recovery suit for money Jewellers in City Civil Court

Dear Sir, If your partner not agreeing then you have to get issue a legal notice and file a suit...In the meanwhile try to get cheques from him for the amounts due to you failing which you may not get anything..
