Parole of My Father for marriage.

Hello Sir,
This is Sandeep kumar. I want suggestion for " How to get parole of my father for merriave of my younger brother. Can you please support to me for this issue. He was arrested in 2005 and since then there only. No bail, No parole. Hence Please support foe this iasue.
what are the allegations against of your father and have you tried to get a bail ?
Where is the case pending against him and what stage?
You can definitely try to get some relief by filing an application and stating the specific reason of the marriage of your younger brother.

As your father was neither bailed out nor he was ever been on parole, so he holds a bright chance to get parole your his son's wedding. You need to fill up an application form and the same is to be submitted before the Jail Authority, they in turn will consider your matter and will decide accordingly.
