Parole can be granted but you need cogent and strong reasons to be released on parole. The duration of parole usually depends on the motive for what it is granted for. It can range from 1week to about 4 weeks, in usual cases. Can be extended or reduced depending on the purpose.

yes Parole can be granted and it depends on th court which is issuing the parole as for how many days it will be there. it is advisable to connect to a lawyer if you do not have any. Also under 354 if a person is arrested then bail is granted to that person after which parole is not required. get the advise of the lawyer for that
