Parking fee is already termed illegal. But a mall charged parking charges of Rs.50, while coming out after a movie in pvr. Is that allowed? nAlso just to collect this fee from everyone they made everyone wait for 20+ minutes which I feel shouldn't happen.

Dear Sir, This burning issue is to be dealt with any NGO or social worker or politician. You may get file a Public Interest Litigation Petition either by yourself or through any NGO before Hon'ble High Court so that some directions are given to the State Government to stop such collection of parking charges by Malls.
