release on regular bail depends on merits of the case. i presume that chargesheet has not been filed. However, if you are able to convince the court that you shall appear regularly and shall not cause any hindrance to the proceedings, the court normally grants bail. in case the charge sheet is filed, your chances of getting regular bail are far better. You must surrender on the date fixed and show to the court that you are complying with orders of court. Not appearing on such date will make matters worse.

Your query is very short. However, getting a bail is very subjective. Depends on the contents of the FIR and your conduct later on . Since you had left the country once, the Court may even ask you to submit your passport in court or may impose a condition that you need to seek courts permission in the vent of flying out of the country. Bail, you may get, but one can't say for sure on what conditions will it be granted. Regards
