Out of two cases, bail is granted for one case and rejected for 2nd

29-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello, My father is in judicial custody for the past 9 months in Raipur for two (2) FIRs against him. The cases are for truck theft (in which my father is framed). The lower court and sessions court have rejected the bail. The High Court granted bail in one of the cases and denied bail in the second case. What can be the reason? What should I do now? Please advise.

there may be involvement of section 413 IPC therefore the bail may have been rejected.... simply arrange a good criminal lawyer only he can let you out of all these trouble.. secondly approach to Supreme court, it may be costly but it's quickest solution to your problem
