Q: About physical and mental torture against a 16y child and family.

I have a small family of 5 members. I have mother, father and two elder sisters. One of an elder sister give me mental torture and sometimes physical also. He often took my books and phone forcefully again & again when I do my studies and work. He do the same thing with my another sister. She often had injured me by sharp objects. She also had injured my sister and mother brutally. My parents can do nothing because when then do something she warn that she will suicide or will die by not eating.

You can lodge FIR against her within jurisdictional police station u/s 506 of IPC....You might file simple complaint also in the police station and ask them to warn her & shall not repeat her act again....You may admit her to any mental health care hospital & may take advice from doctor

Q: Family issue since years I am 44 year old married with two kids

Dear Dr. I am 44 year old married with two kids. sharing issue regarding my wife misunderstanding and fake allegation. Its been three life has been became hell despite the facts most of the demands were met (financial stability and monthly disbursement). I gave maximum freedom and gave enough justification but all gone wane. She always come the some loan document and registry document asking question ...and irritation with same question again .

This matters may be solve out at home itself but unfortunately you both have spend lots of time together but might be lacking behind mutual understandings.... you both need expert counciller inorder to balance understanding between both of you.. others wise may led to spoil plenty of lives

Q: Out of two cases, bail is granted for one case and rejected for 2nd

Hello,My father is in judicial custody for the past 9 months in Raipur for two (2) FIRs against him. The cases are for truck theft (in which my father is framed). The lower court and sessions court have rejected the bail. The High Court granted bail in one of the cases and denied bail in the second case. What can be the reason? What should I do now? Please advise.

there may be involvement of section 413 IPC therefore the bail may have been rejected.... simply arrange a good criminal lawyer only he can let you out of all these trouble..secondly approach to Supreme court, it may be costly but it's quickest solution to your problem

Mera question yeh hai ki mere husband ne Restitution of conjugal rights ka case kiya hai jisme Mai do baar appear Hui or ab mai us case me appear nhi ho rahi hu do dates nikl chuke hai to case ex party ho jayga? Or agar ex party ho jata hai to usme kya aadesh hoga ?

yes apke virudh ex parte order ho skta hai in request of opposite counsel.... order hoga k dono 7 me rhe.. order k execution ni hone par your husband can make it a ground and can approach to the hon'ble court for divorce, ho sakta hai apko alimony v na grant ho
