Sir, oppositions lodged fake FIR Against us. I would like to cancel the above said FIR. You may tell the legal process to cancel the above Fake FIR.
you will have to approach the High Court of your jurisdiction for quashing the FIR. prima facie if you are able to justify that the allegations are false on the face if it then you can seek quashing of the same
