Other family member of landlord abused me

I am 28 years old woman. Living in a rented house from past year. Yesterday i reached my house at 2 am after work schedule. Looking at me, an old man who is uncle of my house owner, started taking pictures of me and started shouting at me calling me a prostitute." Is this a prostitute's house? You bloody call girl". These are the exact terms he used. I felt very embarrassed, humiliated , cried a lot and walked away from the situation. This is 3rd repetition of such behavior by him. What to do?

What to do.? You decide. You are self sufficient to take the decisions oon your own. Visit the Police Station and report it. Don't worry only a female Police officer will record your statement. So depending upon the availability at the time of your arrival a female Inspector/SI/Constable will record it and you can ask for her....Don't worry the Owner cannot ask you to vacate the flat immediately. The tenant has got the rights too. Yes, you read that right. He cannot ask you to vacate. But I advise you to start looking for new rental house after filing a complaint and I hope you can find one in the span of 1-6 months. It takes courage to open up and post it in a open forum. You are brave enough to take any decision of reporting it or ignoring. You decide what to do now.
