Opposite party asking for money to quash false case

my sister in law has affair with unknown lady. we wanted to get rid of this issue so my family intervened. lady already filed fake pocso case against me. me and my father was went to session court for interim bails for above. again same lady filed a case in colaba u/s 354,506 now PS has filled CS which clearly says there was no CCTV footage for insidence took place at given area. pls advise how to quash case... that lady is demanding 5 lacs for quash the case. pls advise.
About the POSCO case we have to study about facts which is mentIoned in FIR copy.
We need to study all the coMplaint copy as well as interim bail application which is already filed by your side.
For Quashing we have to file in high court of Mumbai.
All the nessaary req. Documents for further action.
