Online fraud in the name of elland road capital south africa

Dear sir i have online deposited 20 laks money in to their account by neft and Google pay in to the perfect solution account, ratnakar bank in March 23.i have written letter to complaints department of their fake site and also to FSCA which is a regulatory authority in South Africa.ow they are saying to withdraw my complaint to fsca and ready to give the half refund after signing the settlement letter.after another refund i receive than told me to write mail to fsca that i have no issues.so what shud i do.they are suggesting me to write the bank account no with IFSC code.

It is better for you to take your complaint to the logical end and not withdraw it. As fraud is committed against you, you should follow all legal options and not settle the issue for half of the amount.
