Meri wife ne mere upar false 498 ka case lagaya HEIN , police vale mere ghr aake investgation karke gye aur unhone apni.report court me file kar di, muje is case me abhi tak na to.bail ki harit padhi na koi girftari hui kyuki police valo.ko yahi laga ki jutha case HEIN . Meine online court ki site par check.kar rha hu to. muje stage of case me summon bata rha HEIN. Par abhi tak muje koi summon mila nh HEIN. Aur aise 4-5 date ja chuki HEIN par abhi tak koi summon nh mila . Muje kya karna chaiye court me jana chaiye ya summon milne ka intezaar karna chaiye aur isme bail.lene ki.jrort HEIN kya .
Hello Good evening my name is Advocate Vivek Mishra well according to this statement if you have not received summon but you know you have been served summon notice then you have to go to court. as not going court after you have to tell your Advocate to go to Court
