One renowned fraud guy cheated me as my roommate and left place

1 person insisted me for urgent online transfer of 50000 in return of cash but flew away. He has mobile number active but not picking up the call.What can I do in that situation?

Dear Sir, It is a small amount you cannot do anything except go to the Police Station and request them to direct that person to return your amount. If you file any money recovery suit it will take more and more time. You may take your friends and have a get together in his house and try to solve the problem.
