One railway TC misbehaved with me in station. I tried to capture video but she said that she will call RPF so I didn't conduct in such way and couldn't collect any evidence on spot. Later, I filed a complaint but railway disposed of my complaint by copy pasting what their employee said to them and told me that I misbehaved with her. After that I asked railway to provide CCTV footages by RTI. But they told me that it can't be shared due to security reasons but I can go to their office and see them. There also they restricted me to capture any video while CCTV recording was being played. nnHowever, in the CCTV footage, the body language of the said railway staff is being seen as very rude. Her eyes were big while talking with me and oral cavity was extra widened and she was using her index finger while talking. Some people also gathered in that time and was looking at her. But I don't have any proof of what abusive langauge she said to me because CCTVs do not record audio.
