One person hyponotize may wife for cash in last 6 years

Dear Sir One person Mr. Ashok Raut from Bhayander East , hypnotize my wife cash in last 6 years , he has taken about 35 lakhs in last 6 years and he is only demanding with cash only so we don`t have any proof . We have filed police complaint also in navghar road police station . To catch that person they filed a case of Rape.. This men is not ready for settlement also . This amount is big for small salary person , but wife is come into this fraud person , what action we have to take.

Well, along with Criminal Case which you have already filed, you have to file a Civil Case too to recover the money which your wife has been duped with. Moreover, you need to collect all the evidences in advance.
