ONE PARTY MAKE DIFFRENT STATEMENTS IN district court or high court

Sir nOne party file a Complaint under section 200 of cr.p.c in Chief judicial magistrate court .... nnand another side same party file Same grounds writs in High court with different story... nnSir , party gave different statements in Different courts ..Can we file a writ in high court under section 482 of crpc . for issue directions to police to conduct fair inquiry of both casesor nany other remedy available .Sir main points is that This party put different stories in different courts on same matter nnhow can we challenge it nwhich remedy is available here ?
