Dear sir , one of my cousins and his ex-girlfriend are chatting with Instagram and he complained against under section 354A And 354D since 2022. Now she is compromised in this case. How to compromise the above section and how to close the case .please guide us sir.
hi if you want to compromise the case and close it then you could file quash petition in court and could file compromise petition in it or else you could file memo under the lower court to settle the matter
