One girl put FIR against me back in May 2021 ,police calling me in Now

One girl put a FIR against me in police station, under IPC 354 , due to some trivial WhatsApp chat , and she filed case on 5th May 2021 , but police calling me now to police station which is in Mathura , but i am now i odisha. He told you will get bail , please try to come in a week , do i need to go now after 6 month, they didn't even filed any chargesheet

hello client as i can see ur issue is serious in this matter you can gwt arreated as well you need to move an urgent step to save yourself ipc 354 is not tht much relaxting issue its serious . so in my openion you need to take urgent action to save your self.

If the police officials are just verbally telling you to attend them it will be just waste of time. If the FIR has been registered then the police are duty bound to file a chargesheet and if there is your name then only you have to go.

Did police serve you any notice, make sure they do before you go there, otherwise no point in going there. They will make claims to settle this which is unsecured way to clean this issue. All the best
