On june 29th mid night while i was on duty police arrested me without a court warrant saying that they received a report earlier that night. Below are the points i figured that was unlawful 1. They arrested me while i was on duty without a court warrant. 2. When i came home to take my bag all the police officers entered my home without a court warrant. 3. hi you could give a complaint to higher authorities in the regard that you were illegally arrested and detained without any power or any aiuthority ar any case registered against you and then you could file quash petition in high court
