Obtain an Official Copy of the Chargesheet filed by ED

How do i obtain a copy of the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate against a Financial Fraud where I'm a victim , and have my name as a main complainant in the FIR registered against the accused in that case.

in the next adjournment request the bench to serve you with chargesheet if already prepared, it's free they have to serve you, in case if you want the same before your next adjournment go to the ED office and ask the concern officer to provide you the chargesheet generally in public courts though it is seved on the bench by the judge the court constable of that policestation will serve you.

get it from the court where it was filed once the ED file the charset it is presented before special court or magistrate, apply for certified copy of the chargesheet and related documents, courts routinely supply certified copies to parties in the case. or accused copy for trial and engaging advocate ( council)

Here ED will not file a charge sheet they file a prosecution complaint before the special court to get these copies with annexures you have to apply for Certified copies in that special court , then you will get it , approach to any advocate he will hell you , if you want we also help u

Yes if your a party you can apply for chargesheet there is copy of accuse if not you can file moa from an advocate obtain certificated copies and later if you dont that want that particular advocate to contests case you can take noc further details contact
