Obstruction by erecting fence on public road

A person in the neighboring layout has bought a "A khatha" plot whose documents clearly mentions of 20 feet road towards East. Since he is getting short of plot, he has encroached the 15 feet of public road. I have complained to panchayat, EO, Tahsildar,.local police station, SP, DC, but still no action has been taken. Kindly help

Dear Sir, You may get issue a legal notice to all the concerned and file a suit restraining him from raising any construction on the 20 feet road. If you do not take any action then there is every possibility of raising construction on such road. Also collect documents about existence of such road.
